Understanding the issue

No two people experience exactly the same recovery journey.

Even when two people have similar symptoms, they may recover at different speeds because many factors influence healing. These include how long the condition has been present, the severity of symptoms, overall health, sleep quality, stress levels, physical activity and existing medical conditions.

Recovery is rarely a straight line. Many people experience gradual improvements mixed with occasional setbacks, which is a normal part of the healing process.

Acupuncture aims to support your body's natural recovery while taking your individual circumstances into account. Your treatment plan can be adjusted as your symptoms change and your recovery progresses.
